John Graham, DVM

Dr. Graham is an internship-trained veterinarian with more than 15 years of experience here in the valley.  Dr. Graham is originally from Ontario, Canada where he attended The University of Western Ontario.  Upon graduation from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine (including clinical training at The University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine), Dr. Graham went on to complete a 1-year rotating medical-surgical internship at VCA Animal Referral and Emergency Center.  

During his internship, Dr. Graham's love of ultrasound was born.  Extensive exposure to the utility of ultrasound in the ER was complimented by learning opportunity during time spent with the diagnostic imaging department. 

Amidst his general practice tenure, Dr. Graham leveraged his internship experience to focus on advanced soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, as well as basic and interventional ultrasound.  During this time, Dr. Graham was providing ultrasound services for his own clients, as well as taking both internal and external ultrasound case referrals.

Always committed to ongoing training, Dr. Graham has attended numerous formal advanced ultrasound courses as well as participated in countless hours of continuing education.  In addition, Dr. Graham participates as a member of the International Veterinary Ultrasound Society (IVUSS) and is a non-specialist subscriber and friend of the American College of Veterinary Radiologists. 

In his spare time, Dr. Graham enjoys spending time with his wife and two young boys.  An outdoor enthusiast, Dr. Graham is an avid mountain-biker and indulges in the gamut of other activities a life in Arizona affords him.
